What we expect from you
- Never tell staff you are a mystery shopper.
- Check in through the app — GPS must match the location.
- Photos taken in the app only, never from your gallery.
- Keep and upload the receipt.
- Stay the minimum time for the template.
- Write honestly, in specifics, at least 200 words for a full visit.
- Declare any relationship to the business before claiming.
- Never photograph staff faces.
Reports that fail verification are rejected and not paid. Your quality score affects which jobs you can see and what you earn.
